I’m really late in writing this meal plan, sorry. This is the plan for the week:
Today we had spaghetti and meatballs.
Tuesday – sausage, mash and veg.
Wednesday – fish, wedges and peas.
Thursday – roast chicken dinner – as were not having one on Sunday, and Craig is off work this week I will make a mid week roast 🙂
Friday – out at eureka for the day so I think jacket potatoes cheese and beans when we get home – quick and easy.
Saturday- spaghetti bolonaise.
Sunday – Amelia’s birthday (having a birthday buffet in the afternoon for family)
My little girl is 4 on Sunday (which I find really weird – I’m not entirely sure how she got to being 4 so quickly!) we debated a party but just couldn’t afford one in the end, and decided that instead we will treat her by taking her to eureka (a children’s museum, which Amelia keeps telling everyone is a children’s church) for the day and having parents, grand parents, sisters and us for a buffet on her actual birthday – quite informal and she gets to see those that care most about her and get completely spoilt!
