I haven’t done a meal planning post for months, and i’ve decided that i should – it helps me with budgeting, knowing what i’m making, and means that i can prepare what i need in advance. So here goes:
Monday – leftover ham, egg and new potato salad (i’ve already eaten this, was yummy! Had it three times in two days).
Tuesday – Craig cooks while i’m at work, so whatever he decides to make.
Wednesday – Lamb shepherds pie with frozen sweetcorn and carrots. Leftovers can be frozen for a meal next week.
Thursday – Chicken drumsticks, cous cous and salad.
Friday – Film night tea – usually puff pastry pizza
Saturday – Sausage and vegetables with yorkshire puddings.
Yum, makes me hungry thinking about it 🙂
I am also going to aim to take pictures of each meal this week – i have a weird addiction to seeing what others are eating, so i figured i’d share the results of our meals.
